This all-levels mobility-focused class is designed to get your body moving efficiently by improving flexibility, optimizing joint health, and getting you to feel the absolute best in your body. Learn how to coordinate your breath to movement while receiving sensory-rich instruction to connect to your body like never before.
Sculpt
Get ready to challenge yourself with this strength-based Pilates workout. Expect to load up on spring tension to increase muscular strength and power. The side effect? A sculpted body with a stable core to boot.
Restore
Join a therapeutic stretching and meditative class made for everyone. Restore, “restores” your body to its natural state of peace and balance. Experience the relaxation response as we guide you through deep breathing techniques and longer stretch holds to penetrate the deeper fibers of your muscles.
Flow 2
This intermediate-level class (and instructor approval required) will further test your FLOW skills in coordination, balance, and endurance as you continue to improve the way you move fluidly and efficiently in your body.
Tower
The Tower class is a variation of the Flow class style BUT the Tower is a separate piece of equipment that stands vertically behind the Reformer. It has springs from different angles and pull-through bars, which help you achieve deeper stretches and challenge your core in a variety of ways to keep your spine and body healthy, mobile, and strong.
