My love for movement led me to a career in fitness. What began as baby ballet classes evolved into a BFA from The University of the Arts in May of 2017. In college I studied various dance techniques, performance, and somatic practices including yoga and pilates, to supplement my training. Pilates has been an incredible tool to help find efficiency and ease in my body- I’m so excited to have the opportunity to share this practice with the Sensory Fitness community! Whatever method of movement I’m teaching, I encourage my students to find pleasure in their practice, test their strength, and use their own body as a vessel for change.
